ANNOUNCEMENT of the appointment of the Deposit Insurance Fund as a liquidator of the “BankStandard” CB CJSC

By the decision No. 1(81)-4498/2016  of the Baku Administrative Economic Court No. 1 of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated October 04, 2016 “BankStandard” CB CJSC  was declared bankrupt  from October  04, 2016 the Deposit Insurance Fund started functioning as the liquidator of the above-mentioned bank.

ATTENTION OF BORROWERS OF THE LIQUIDATED "ROYALBANK" OJSC

The Deposit Insurance Fund informs creditors and borrowers of the liquidated “Royalbank” OJSC that according to the decision No. 2 iqt(81)-2410/2012 of the Baku Administrative Economic Court No. 1 of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 7, 2017 the Deposit Insurance Fund was appointed liquidator of the liquidated “Royalbank” OJSC instead of the “Azerbaijan International Consulting Company” LLC. Starting from this date, only actions performed on behalf of the bank by authorized representative of the Deposit Insurance Fund in the capacity of liquidator will have legal effect.

In respect of borrowing individuals and legal entities that have debt obligations (loans) to the liquidated “Royalbank” OJSC and have not make payments within the established time limits, measures prescribed by legislation will be taken.

Persons who have debt obligations to the bank can apply to the address below for information.

NOTIFICATION of the Liquidated “United Credit Bank” OJSC’s liquidator to individuals and legal entities that have debt obligations to the bank

The Deposit Insurance Fund informs creditors and borrowers of the liquidated "United Credit Bank" OJSC that according to the decision No. 2-1 (81) -1494/2016 of the Baku Administrative Economic Court No. 1 of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 13, 2017 the Deposit Insurance Fund was appointed liquidator of the Liquidated "United Credit Bank" OJSC instead of the "Azerbaijan International Legal Company" LLC.

In this regard, the liquidator informs individuals and legal entities that have debt obligations (loans) to the Bank adjudicated bankrupt that according to Article 72 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Banks" only actions performed on behalf of the bank by the liquidator or its authorized representative will have legal effect. In addition, whereas the calculation of interest and other payments on the bank's liabilities has been suspended, the calculation of interest and other payments on the bank's assets has not been suspended.

In respect of borrowing individuals and legal entities that have debt obligations (loans) to the Liquidated "United Credit Bank" OJSC and have not make payments within the established time limits, measures prescribed by legislation will be taken. Declaring a bank bankrupt does not give grounds for non-repayment of debts by borrowers. 

NOTIFICATION of the Liquidated “Ganjabank” OJSC’s liquidator to individuals and legal entities having debt obligations to the bank

The Deposit Insurance Fund informs creditors and borrowers of the liquidated "Ganjabank" OJSC that according to the decision No. 2-2 (83) -736/2016 of the Ganja Administrative Economic Court dated October 27, 2016 the Deposit Insurance Fund was appointed liquidator of the Liquidated "Ganjabank" OJSC instead of the "Azerbaijan International Consulting Company" LLC.

Starting from this date, only actions performed on behalf of the bank by authorized representative of the Deposit Insurance Fund in the capacity of liquidator will have legal effect.

By the decision No. 2-1(81)-1594/2016 of the Baku Administrative Economic Court No. 1 of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated August 16, 2016 “Atrabank” OJSC and "Caucasus Development Bank" OJSC was declared bankrupt  from August 16, 2016 the Deposit Insurance Fund started functioning as the liquidator of the above-mentioned bank.

ABOUT APPOINTMENT OF THE DEPOSIT INSURANCE FUND AS A LIQUIDATOR OF THE "TECHNIKABANK" OJSC

The Deposit Insurance Fund informs creditors and borrowers of the liquidated "Technikabank" OJSC that according to the decision No. 2-1(81)-1541/2016 of the Baku Administrative Economic Court No. 1 of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 13, 2017 the Deposit Insurance Fund was appointed liquidator of the liquidated "Technikabank" OJSC instead of the “M.M.M. Perfekt Konsaltinq” LLC.

Starting from this date, only actions performed on behalf of the bank by authorized representative of the Deposit Insurance Fund in the capacity of liquidator will have legal effect.
