The Deposit Insurance Fund which is the receiver of the liquidated “Damirbank” OJSC declares that the hearings on the challenged claims on the application for approval of the list of the bank creditors’ claims accepted and challenged by the receiver will be continued in the Baku Court of Appeal at 4:00 pm on June 13, 2018.

The Deposit Insurance Fund refers to the liquidated “Damirbank” OJSC creditors whose claims have been challenged with a request to participate in the court session with the provision of evidence of their claims.
