The representative of International Money Fund (afterwards – IMF) is on an official visit to Baku during March 4-17, 2014. The mission chief of IMF Mr. Raja Almarzogi, Mr. Sami Ben Naseur, and Mr. Engin Akchakoca have met the Executive director of Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund (afterwards-ADIF) Mr. Azad Javadov at the office of ADIF. Mr. Javadov informed the guest about the coming amendment on the “Law on Deposit Insurance”, talked about the future plans of ADIF on realizing the strategic plans and answered the questions that the guests were interested in.  At the end IMF’s mission Chief Mr. Almarzogi and expert on the bank issues Mr. Akchakoca remembered their last visit to Baku and appreciated the main changes and achievements of ADIF since that visit. Moreover, representatives of IMF also mentioned that they support the strategic moves of ADIF and will be happy to assist them on his way whenever needed. Mr. Azad Javadov also wish good luck to IMF on their mission in Baku and noted that they will be honored to cooperate with IMF in the future.
