Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund participated in the seminar with the topic of “Excellence of Service” held in Yapı Kredi Academy.

In November 7-8, 2013 there was held a seminar with the topic of “Excellence of Service” with an organizational support of CBAR and Yapı Kredi Academy. The purpose of the seminar was increasing the effectiveness of the service provided to the customer of the bank and excels the communication skills of bank workers.

During the seminar Risk manager of Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund Elchin Niftiyev give brief information about the Deposit insurance system. Moreover, representative of ADIF also discussed the important issue often questioned by depositors visiting the bank. At the end Mr.Niftiyev answered the questions about the Deposit insurance system and ADIF forwarded by the participants.

In total there were 15 participants from different commercial banks and each of this participants were nominated with the certificate. All the participants mentioned the importance of this event and wish to have such seminars regularly.
